Chateaux de la Loire

8 days Blois to Blois

The Loire Valley is an enchanted land of vineyards, flowers and rolling green hills dotted with more than a thousand chateaux. Known as the 'Garden of France' and the 'Cradle of the French Language', it is renowned for the quality of its architectural heritage. This fabulous ride along the 'River of the Kings', provides exhilarating riding through large forests and vineyards, along the Loire River and across open countryside.

The riding is combined with visits to the finest castles France has to offer. Discover the castles of Chaumont, Chenonceau, Cheverny and Chambord (the largest of all the Loire Valley castles) and stay overnight at Chemery Castle. Dating back to the 12th century, Chateau de Chemery will transport you into a medieval environment whilst you appreciate a candlelit dinner and drink wines of the Loire Valley.
