Kerewong Horse Adventures
8 days - Port Macquerie to Port Macquerie
Set on the New South Wales coast, Kerewong offers exclusive horse riding holidays for small groups of experienced riders. You will ride on carefully selected and trained Australian-bred Arabian horses that have the stamina, endurance and temperament to ensure that the riding is some of the best in the world!
Surrounded by Australian National Parks, State Forests and the pristine sandy beaches of the mid north coast, Kerewong is located on a magnificent hinterland property, adjacent to the Kerewong State Forest with its extensive network of trails, natural Australian beauty and wildlife. The landscape is diverse and incredibly beautiful with undulating hills through eucalypt forests and pockets of rainforest.
Kerewong is run by Kathy Holtrust. Wanting a change in lifestyle, Kathy migrated to Australia from the Netherlands eight years ago to open a horse riding holiday establishment. Having been on many riding holidays throughout Europe and Canada, Kathy knew what made a great horse-riding holiday. And Kerewong is.
