What to Pack
Zimbawe's seasons are reversed. Summer and the rainy season falls during our winter months and winter during our summer months. October, with the build-up to the rains, can be extremely hot.
Between April and September the days are generally dry, sunny and warm. Early mornings, evenings and nights can be extremely cold and warm clothing should be taken. However the dry winter months are absolutely perfect for riding and game viewing is at its best.
During the summer months it can rain quite heavily and wet weather gear should be included.
We strongly recommend the use of neutral-colour clothing (khaki, brown, beige and green) that blends in with the bush (no brightly coloured or white clothing).
